Darlene has excellent knowledge of all aspects of the home buying and selling process. She's has many years of experiance in the real estate business. Lovely woman and great personality. We needed to relocate to another state for employment purposes, so selling our home quickly was imperative to us. We listed our home in January, and it sold six weeks later in what is considered to still be a weak market. She provided open houses, not only for the other local realtors, but also for the general public. We would recommend Darlene highly for anyone wishing to sell their home in the Centralia, IL area.
